Penvith Barns

Penvith Barns

Cornwell being a lovely location for a get away hosts the Penvith Bars. Been highly rated by the customers, the Bed & breakfast (B&B) carries a 0% hype on it. The B&B was actually barn but now converted into this cosy accommodation with a picturesque view that can keep you entertained enough if you do not wish to leave your room.
The highlight would definitely be the owner’s home made breakfast which can completely turn your day around. There are decent sizes fridges in the rooms and plenty of space to stretch your legs and relax. They have also provided each room with complementary toiletries so that you don’t have to keep running into to town to pick up anything. The hosts are warm and kind, they are pleasant to talk to. There are enough coffee machines around the facility to satisfy your caffeine dosage without having to wait for someone to come to your room to serve you. There are T.V’s in each room and the hotel has a big selection of movies to watch.. for FREE since were so in the habit of paying for everything in U.K. The owners of the lodge insist that their guests should stay away from room their rooms in the day and go around to see the town which is peaceful and apt for a getaway-for-the-city holidays. If you do land up in Looe, it would be foolish to stay anywhere else than here. The rates are reasonable for the standards the lodge presents, they have double bed rooms as well as single bed which range from 75 to 65 pounds a room. The rooms are well kept and clean, the staff at the lodge are very helpful and are at a 24hr disposal to their guests.
So if you do plan to get out of the city for a while, this would be the right place to come to, even if not for Cornwall but at least for the lodge. Forget the caravan trips where you need to get a Touring caravan insurance quote, pack your bags and come to the Penvith Barns, you wont regret it.

Albania- believe it or not..

Albania- believe it or not..

Well, cheap us car rental.. I am not definitely sure, but i will introduce you a brief description of the place!

In the summer we decided to abandon the Black Sea and Balkan planned a trip, including Macedonia, where our goal was Lake Ohrid, Albania, which was a major point in the trip, Corfu and some small towns in the interior of Greece.

Albania is not a normal European country. In this ourselves yet at the point where in order to go into the country You pay 10 euros.

But we are prepared for this, and boldly go forward to the sight of Lake Ohrid on the Albanian side.

Along the way we disagree with the herd of cows, occupied the lawn overlooking the lake. The entire lawn was “planted”bunker – Communist souvenir from the time of Enver Hoxha. After a few quick shots with the first impressions of Albania head to Tirana.

The road to the capital is surrounded by impressive mountains, which can not simply otminesh – stop, look and admire.

Tirana. Hell for drivers – it was the first impression of the city. No traffic rules, signaling devices or signs, and hundreds of Mercedes, who are shouting angry Albanians.

Our hotel is located on one of the major streets / we had a card on which of them had names, but most did not / but nowhere was the right number to look for, so I called the agent from which we made the reservation. It turned out that there is no street number and he just asked us exactly where we are to orient us in which direction to continue looking.

For the duration of this conversation we find ourselves in front of the Alpine Hotel – neat little family hotel, which was like a rose among thorns in the reality that surrounds us. Nobody in the hotel did not speak English and a bit difficult communicating, but gestures helped. And let’s not forget that Albania is not the usual euro area countries, and another surprise came – in Tirana have power cuts, which actually explains hell on roads and non-working traffic lights.
